Payment can be made preferably by direct deposit to our bank account. We also accept cash, cheque, credit card, Paypal and money orders.

Postage Information
Your item (under 20kg) will be sent via Registered Australia Post or larger items (over 20kg) by Star Track Express courier. Insurance is optional and can be added by request. No responsibility can be claimed on us after item has been posted/couriered if not insured. All matters must be taken up with Australia Post/Star Track Express.
Return Policy
14 Day Money back guarantee: Items must be sent back in as new condition. It must be repacked in original box with original packing, accessories and paperwork. It must not have any scratches or marks that indicate use other than testing. If it is not in resaleable condition the money back guarantee is void. Return expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.

All sales will include a tax invoice complete with company name, address, contact phone numbers and ABN. Warranty period will be printed on invoice. All spare parts are readily available for our customers. We offer a 14 day money back guarantee less Postage and Handling charges (conditions apply).
